Wilma F Williams

Wilma Florence Rozelle Williams, 88, passed peacefully away at Beechtree Care Center in Ithaca on Oct. 1, 2013. Wilma has endured a long battle with Alzheimers Disease. She is survived by her loving children and spouses: Ronald (Marilee), Gwen Ellis (Elwyn), Ethel (Larry) Orton, Bernard (Charlotte), Arnold (Peggy), Donald (Cindy), and Daniel (Anne). Also surviving are her sister, Nita (Steve) Kizale, sister-in-law, Roseanne Rozelle, brother-in-law, Omar Tennant, 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.She was predeceased by her parents Wesley and Clara Rozelle; step-mom and her husband, Evelyn Williams Rozelle Payne and Ellis Payne; her husband, Bernard E. Williams; siblings Rayola Stevens, Joyce Tennant, William Rozelle; infant sister Anna; in-laws: Fred Williams, Leone Maneke, Fred Ellis. Wilma was a retired employee of Cornell University and member of Slaterville Fire Dept. Auxilliary and Senior citizens. Her family will receive friends on Sunday from 11-1l:45 at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley. A Funeral Service and Celebration of Her Life will follow there at 12 Noon. Rev. Les Aylesworth will officiate. Burial will be in Charles Mulks Cemetery, Slaterville Springs followed by a light lunch at Brooktondale Fire Dept.
