Willis "Bill" R. Frederick, 78, of Owego, died August 7, 2009. Born May 27, 1931 in Broadalbin, NY, he was a son of the late Merrill and Katherine (Benedict) Frederick. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marilyn (Hardison) Frederick, Owego; a daughter, Bonnie Talcott, Owego, grandchildren, Alexis Talcott, Christina Goff, Susi Talcott, Mattie Talcott; great grandchildren, Tye Goff, Cadence Goff, and Cassandra Talcott.Bill was a truck driver for Indian Valley Industries. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and served during the Korean Conflict.A Memorial Service will be held August 22, 2009 at 2 PM at the Owego Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, Rt. 96 Candor.
