Vicky L. Seymour, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on June 17, 2023. Born on July 13, 1957, in Johnson City, NY, Vicky was the daughter of Sally (Peterson) and the late Charles Harding. In addition to her Dad, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Allen Seymour, her son, Cody Seymour and her brother Charles ‘Ike’ Harding . She is survived by her children:, Troy ((Jennifer)Seymour, and BillieJo (Tim Coish) Goodwin, her daughter-in-law, Valerie Seymour and her mother Sally Harding. Vicky's greatest joy came from being a doting grandmother to her five grandchildren, Megan, Logan, Xavier, Quinn, and Devin. Also surviving are her brother Timothy Harding and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Vicky was employed at Growing Years Day Care Center, in Owego for many years. Her nurturing and compassionate nature made her a beloved figure to the many children and families she encountered throughout her career.

In her free time, Vicky enjoyed spending time with her friends, who cherished her warm and welcoming presence. She had a passion for baking, often sharing her delicious creations with her loved ones and her artistic talents were evident in her colorful sketches of cartoon characters.

Her love for her family was a cornerstone of her life, and she found immense happiness in spending time with her grandchildren. Their laughter and smiles brought her immeasurable joy, and she will always be remembered as a loving and devoted grandmother. Her kind and generous spirit will continue to live on through the lives of those she touched.

In honor of Vicky L. Seymour's life, let us remember and celebrate the love, laughter, and creativity she brought to our lives. Her memory will forever be cherished by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. May Vicky's legacy of love and compassion continue to inspire us all, and may her memory be a guiding light for her family as they navigate the world without her. Rest in peace, Vicky L. Seymour, you will be dearly missed.
