Steven Scott Mercer

Steven Mercer, 62, went to be with his Heavenly Father on May 2, 2019. He was born in Florida on July 2, 1956 a son of the late Norman and Iris Mercer. He was also predeceased by his favorite Uncle, David Troutman. Steve is survived by his wife of 20 years, Vicky (Edwards) Mercer, step-children: Jeremy, Jason and Jessica, 14 step-great grandchildren, 3 step great-great grandchildren; 2 brothers-in-law: Jeff (Jeannette) Edwards and B.J. (Traci) Edwards; a very special Aunt, Polly Sylvia Troutman and 6 very special friends: Tom and Christena, Rick, Glenn, Donna and Marlene. A Celebration of Steve's life will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 430 Montrose Turnpike, Owego on Wednesday, May 15 at 11 am.
