Steven R. Clemins

Steven R. Clemins, 66, of Candor, NY passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at the home of his brother and sister-in-law. Steve was born on December 17, 1956 in Beckley, West Virginia a son of the late Anderson and Hazel (Gump) Clemins. For many years, he was employed by Tri City Metal Finishing in Binghamton. Steve enjoyed the challenge of playing video games, watching western movies and cheering on his favorite wrestlers. Steve is survived by his brother and sister-in-law: John and Wanda Clemins; his children: Paulette Clemins, Elizabeth Clemins and grandchildren: Suze Clemins and Andy Clemins; many nieces, nephews and their families also survive. He was predeceased by his parents; three sisters: Millie Clemins, Brenda Russell and Paulette Nichols; his son Steven Clemins and nephew Joseph Clemins.
