Sharon Sherwood Isham Cornell

Sharon Cornell, 70, of Newark Valley, entered a new life on June 2, 2015. Sharon is survived by her husband Manford Bus Cornell, niece Tracey J. (Tracey G.) Neigh and their son Gavin, Owego, NY; her sons born in her heart and not under her heart: Robert (Tammy) Isham, Ballston Spa, NY; James (Cheryl) Cornell, Endwell, NY; Mark and Charles Cornell both of Melbourne, FL. Also surviving are her grandchildren and great grandchildren: Melissa (Roy) Hawn and their daughters Mallory and Carlie of Ballston Spa; Tyler Isham of Ballston Spa; James (Gina) Ross and Connor of Endwell; several in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins as well as a special friend Connie Strohl.She was predeceased by her parents Collins (Curly) and Dora (Race) Sherwood, her brother, John Buzz Sherwood, niece Tammy Sherwood, husband Robert Isham and two granddaughters Ashley Isham and Nicole Cornell.Sharon was a member of the Flemingville United Methodist Church as well as several other organizations. In her own words.she led a full life.Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service and Celebration of Sharons Life to be held at 5 oclock Saturday, June 6 at the Flemingville United Methodist Church with her Pastor and friend, Gary L. Freeland officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
