Robert L. Hall, Jr., 58, formerly of Newark Valley, passed away at Lourdes Hospital following an illness. A complete obituary will be posted tomorrow.His family will receive friends on Monday, 9/17/2012 at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St Newark Valley from 1-3 pm. A Memorial Service will follow there at 3 PM.
