Robert "Uncle Bobby" Mack of Newark Valley Robert A. Mack, 59, affectionately known as Uncle Bobby to his family and numerous friends, was united with his Lord and Savior and those dear family members who predeceased him on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Bobby was born on March 5, 1950 in Endicott, a son of the late Walter and Margaret I. Baker Mack. He was also predeceased by his siblings, Gail Mack, Constance Denver, and Gloria Mansfield. He is survived by his sister, Georgia (Jim) Ameigh; brother, Gordon (Esther) Mack. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, among them, his niece and family with whom he resided, Wanda and Robert Wasicki and children, Kaitlynn, Bobbi Lee and Jessie Grace Wasicki; Debi Johnson and her husband, Wade; Daniel Austin and Doug Mansfield. Bob was a graduate of Union-Endicott High School and a member of the Union Center Christian Church. He has been an employee of IBM/Lockheed Martin for the past 40 years. Uncle Bobby was known for his loving and caring ways. He enjoyed fishing, Elvis Presley songs and gospel music, Corvettes, motorcycles and his membership in the Trikke Club and Endicott Elks Club. Family and friends are invited to attend a service at the Maine Cemetery on Friday at 11 a.m. Rev. Arthur Penird, his Pastor, will officiate. Those who wish may kindly consider directing memorials to the Shriners Hospital For Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607 in loving memory of Robert A. Mack.
