Ricky W. Card

Ricky W. Card, 56, of Whitney Point, passed away on Dec. 8, 2018 following a long illness. Ricky was born on Sept 12, 1962 a son of Carol Smith Card and the late Richard B. Card. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Yvonne (Spicer) Card, his children: Patrick Spicer, Amanda (Robert) OHara, Lacey Card and Justin Card. Also surviving are his 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter; his brothers: Neal (Mooch) and Jimmy; sisters: Serene and Wendy, Tammy,and Penny; mother-in-law, Bernice Alexander, many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his father, Ricky was predeceased by his nephews Jason and Tyler, niece Brandy Lynn, his adopted mother Beverly Hoskins and father-in-law: Wilbert Spicer. Ricky was a veteran of the US Army. He was a former employee of Lopke Trucking, and loved to be outdoors, hunting or fishing or just enjoying nature. His grandchildren meant the world to him. Family and friends will gather at the MacPherson Funeral Home on Thursday from 11 am until the time of service at 12 noon.
