Rebecca Seymour

Rebecca Ann Seymour, 44, of Johnson City, NY, passed away unexpectedly and entered the Kingdom of Heaven on May 9, 2021. Rebecca was predeceased by her grandmother, Kathryn Donegan, her uncles James Donegan and Dennis Donegan, and most recently her mother, Linda L. Donegan. Rebecca is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Nathaniel; four beautiful children: Joshua Dember, Nicholas Seymour, Brittany (Hailey) Seymour, and Ashton (DeMonte Oakley) Seymour, all of Johnson City, NY; her sister Jennifer (Joseph) Smith of Newark Valley, NY; two wonderful grandchildren: Nathaniel Dember and Avannah Jade Oakley. She is also survived by her childhood best friend, Robyn Ratzen Sealey of Clifton, NJ and several nieces and nephews. Rebecca was born and raised in Hackensack, NJ. She later moved to Upstate New York in 1996 and worked as an R.N. at Tully Hill in Tully, NY. Rebecca loved to travel and always looked forward to her next adventure. She held a close affinity to animals and leaves behind her Great Dane, Finius. Rebecca was a bright, beautiful soul, and will be deeply missed by us all.
