Rebecca K Randall

Rebecca K. Randall, 68, a life-long resident and supporter of Richford, NY, passed away on April 28, 2021. She is survived by her husband Scott Randall; son Marc Randall (fianc Lisa Paugh); daughter Laurie Randall (fianc Mason Doucett); grandchildren Jorden, Ryan, Brandon, Adrian, Taylor; mother Cecilia (Tootie) Clark; brothers Frank (Chris) Clark, Rick (Kelly) Clark, and Dan (Mary-Lou) Clark; sister Wanda Truesdail (Tom Stowell); several nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law Kathleen Fabich. She was predeceased by her father Richard 'Dick' Clark; father-in-law Donald Randall; and step father-in-law Jake Fabich.Becky's love for children inspired the various positions she held over the years. She operated a daycare out of her home for many years, started and ran the Richford youth program, and eventually took a job at the Newark Valley School. She had a special fondness for Richford and took pride in serving her community. She was a lifetime member of the Richford Fire Dept. and Ladies Auxiliary, ran the clothes closet and food pantry, maintained Rawley Park, and worked in the judicial system as a court clerk for Berkshire and Richford. When she wasn't busy working or volunteering, Becky enjoyed bird watching, reading, and doing puzzles.Friends and family are invited to the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley, for a period of visitation on Monday, May 3rd from 9 until noon, at which time a celebration of her life will be held.
