Phoenyx Rosaleena Buchanan

Phoenyx Rosaleena Buchanan, a beacon of courage and strength, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2023, due to a congenital heart defect. She was born only a month prior, on September 10, 2023, to loving parents Janine (Matarazzo) and Robert "Bobby" Buchanan. Despite the brevity of her time on this earth, her impact was profound.

In her short life, Phoenyx was surrounded by an abundant love that knew no bounds. Her family, including her siblings Jayden, Greyson, and Kingsley, cherished her deeply. She was the beloved granddaughter of Theresa Matarazzo, Robert Buchanan II, Rhonda Clark, and Carol Ridley. The bond they shared with Phoenyx, though brief, was filled with moments of joy and love that will be cherished forever. Numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, extended family, and many supporters also survive.

Phoenyx was predeceased by her grandparents: John Hickox and Dianna Williams.
