Nikki Lyn Davis

Nikki Lyn Davis, 63, formerly of Newark Valley, passed away suddenly on February 24, 2011 in West Memphis , Arkansas . She is survived by her husband and best friend Chris F. Davis, her children; George (Demitria) Smith, and Geri Lyn Smith; her brother Brian (Tammy) Miller; her grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah, Heather, Demitria, Tanisha, Gerald, and Amanda: She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, a niece Michelle (Mike) Hirisko; nephew Jason Miller; and many cousins. She was pre-deceased by her grandson, baby boy. Nikki was born on March 11, 1947 in Endicott, a daughter of the late George and Betty Jean (Daugherty) Miller. She was a vibrant lady, always living life to the fullest with a constant smile on her face. A professional truck driver, Nikki and Chris enjoyed each others company as they traveled. In addition, together they enjoyed fishing, riding their Harleys, and took lots of pride in their new home in Florida. She will be especially missed by her family and her two canine companions, Willie and Susie. A celebration of Nikkis life will be held on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 1pm at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley with celebrant Steve Lawrence officiating. A period of visitation and time of sharing memories will be on Monday from noon until the time of the service.
