Neal R. Overbey, 73, of Richford, NY, passed away on January 8, 2022. He was predeceased by his parents Louis and Imogene (Shinlever) Overbey, his brothers Gary and Jerry Overbey, and his beloved son Brian R. Overbey. Neal is survived by his loving wife Gloria Drake Overbey; son Timothy V. (Sandra) Overbey; grandchildren Christian, Kamryn, Kendyl, Cassandra, and Connor Overbey and Liliana Avila; his brother-in-law Scott J. Drake; and numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
