Mark A. Hulbert, 25, of Harford, lovingly referred to as Shaggy by his family and many friends, passed away on March 5, 2013 following a very brief illness. Mark is survived by his fiance, Betty Strickland and their children, Mason and Trinity Hulbert, his mother, Jody (James) Hover, his siblings: Kyle Hulbert, Jimmers Hover, Tiffany Hulbert, Danielle Cummings, Katie Thompson, his grandfather, Ed Hulbert and his father Mark (Phyllis) Cummings, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also surviving are Bettys parents, Cindy and Tim Nelson, his extended family and his favorite dog, Mona. I had so much to live for and so much yet to do; it seems almost impossible that I have left you! Mark had a zest for life that was hard to beat. His first love was for Betty and his children,.wedding plans were set June 22, 2013. And then his passion was for the great outdoorsif he couldhe would have lived in the woods. Mark LOVED to eat, to go camping and fishing, perform karaoke, (even though he couldnt carry a tune in a bag), and he loved making friends and all animals. Mark also enjoyed his position at Square Deal Machining in Marathon. He will be missed so very much.Family and friends are invited to share memories during a period of visitation at the MacPherson Funeral Home in Newark Valley on Tuesday, March 12th from 4-6:45 pm.
