Lorabelle Kasper

Lorabelle Kasper, 88, of Russell Road, passed away on January 3, 2017 following a period of declining health. Lorabelle is survived by her daughters Sally Fiedler; Dodie (Philip) Willson; her sons: Philip (Sue) Kasper; Kevin Kasper (Bobbie Campbell); nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Edward Kasper in 2011; parents Rexford and Doris (Morton) Hutcheson; her sister Delores Guiles; three brothers James, Gary, Rexford.Lorabelle was born on December 13, 1928 in Endicott a daughter of the late Rexford and Doris Hutcheson. She was a graduate of the Newark Valley High School class of 1947. Lorabelle was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church in Maine and will be remembered for her many years of loving care she gave at babyland nursery. She enjoyed making crafts and completing puzzles. Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation and time of sharing memories on Saturday, January 7th from 11 to 1 pm at the First Baptist Church Maine, NY. A funeral service and celebration of her life will follow at 1 pm with Pastor James Barnes, officiating. Interment will take place at Maine Cemetery following the service.
