Lillian Tuttle

Lillian R. Tuttle ("Aunt Wink"), 88, of Newark Valley passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, March 15, 2023 at her home. Lillian was born on May 22, 1934 in Endicott one of 21 children to John "Chet" and Christine Lunn. A loving wife, mother, grandmother Lillian treasured her family. She had a heart of gold and shared her love with others as a caretaker for many in the area. Lillian also enjoyed tending to her yard, camping, and was an avid BINGO enthusiast. Lillian will be greatly missed by her sons: Kevin (Kim) Tuttle; Patrick Cartwright; thirteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and their families also survive. Lillian was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, LaVern Tuttle; her mother Christine; her father John; her children: Ralph, Betty and Alvin; along with her many siblings. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, March 21 at 11 am at the West Newark Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will follow at the Weltonville Store, West Creek Road, Weltonville.
