Kimberly J. Clark, a cherished mother, grandmother, veteran, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on March 1, 1959, a daughter of the late George and Phyllis Clark, Kimberly's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family, her country, and her passion for cooking.

She was a devoted mother to her two sons, James Evans of Richford, NY, and Dwight (Ashley) Evans of Richfield, NC. Kim is also survived by her brother Richard Clark, sister Ida Alexander, a special niece Jessia Alexander, and her life-long best friend Rhonda Neal. Her presence in their lives will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.

Kimberly proudly served her country in the US Army, as a Food Service Specialist. Her time in the military was a source of great pride for Kimberly, and she carried the values of discipline and camaraderie with her long after her service ended.

Following her military career, Kimberly's love for cooking led her to various roles in the culinary industry. She was particularly known for her time at the Lounsberry Truck Stop, where her warm smile and delicious meals became a comfort to many.
