Joyce K. Kellam, 94, a lifelong resident of Newark Valley, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2024. Born on July 31, 1930, Joyce was the daughter of the late Clifford and Retha (Chapin) Kellam.
She is survived by her brother Robert Kellam.
Joyce dedicated her life to the land and animals she so deeply cherished. Her unwavering commitment to farming was not just a profession but a true calling that she nurtured well into her 80s.
Abiding with Joyce’s wishes, there will be no services, she will be laid to rest next to her parents at Hope Cemetery in Newark Valley.
