Jonathan L. Peppin

Jonathan L. Peppin, 60, passed away on Oct. 4, 2018 after battling many health issues for the past 8 years. He is survived by his sons: Jonathan Peppin II and fianc Meghann Bellinger and Kenneth "Peanut" and Abbea Peppin, his daughter Savannah Peppin, his mother Elaine Schwartz and step mother Beverly Peppin, former wife and best friend, Deborah Fedorowicz. He was Pop-Pop to his cherished grandson, Lewis Peppin. Also surviving are his sister Anne Lacey, his extended Holcomb family, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Lloyd L. and sisters, Dorothy and Diana. John was a master pipe fitter and a former employee of Newark Valley School system and Cornell University. He had a huge and kind heart and was always willing to help anyone. He was also a great collector and loved to attend all auctions. His family will receive friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley on Saturday, Oct. 13th from 2-4 pm. A Memorial Service will follow there.
