John F. Crawn, 89, of Waverly and formerly of Newark Valley, passed away at his home in Waverly Tuesday evening, Oct. 6, 2015. John was predeceased by two spouses, Virginia and Alice and children, Charles (Chop), Marie, Cora, Gary, Linda and Tommy, several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his children: Ricky, Nicky, Thomas, Elmer (Bud), Anthony, Larry, Lonnie, Leon, Has, John, Rocky, and Barbara and Bonnie Crawn; Many grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers, Richard and Al Crawn; nieces and nephews also survive. A time of sharing memories will be held at the MacPherson Funeral Home in Newark Valley on Friday, October 9 from 10-11 am. Memories may also be written in John's guest book at macphersonfh.com
