Franklin J. Wakeman, 61, of Endicott, passed away at his home following a period of declining health. He is survived by his sisters and brothers: Mary (Don) Payne, Marge (Joe) Faber, Kathleen Frain, William (Helen), Robert (Sue), George (Bev) and Roy (Ina) Wakeman and several nieces and nephews. He was born in Waverly on April 13, 1951. His parents William and Edna Wakeman and brothers Art and Gerald predeceased him.Services will be private and under the direction of the Cooley Family at MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley (macphersonfh.com)
