Edward Balzer, 76, of Newark Valley, passed away on November 3, 2019. His family will receive friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St, Newark Valley on Sat. Nov. 16, 2019 from 11 am until 12 Noon followed by a sharing of memories. In addition a Fellowship gathering will also be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses 749 Vestal Parkway West, Vestal NY at 2 pm.
