Dorris Rabenstein

Dorris L. Rabenstein, 95, formerly of Berkshire, NY, passed away on November 3, 2023 at Vestal Park Nursing Facility. Dorris was born on October 21, 1928 in the town of Caroline, NY and was the daughter of the late Alfred and Hazel (Weedling) Couts.

In addition to her parents, Dorris was preceded in death by Charles, her beloved husband of 70 wonderful years, and her son, Floyd.

Dorris is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Mary Rabenstein of Berkshire, NY, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and her sister Opal Ingrahm.

Dorris loved to be immersed in the beauty of nature and had hobbies for every season, from gardening and baking to snowmobiling in the winter with Charlie.
