David G. Stoughton

On Friday April 2, 2021, David Stoughton, loving son, brother, and father of three boys, passed away at the age of 30. David was born January 2, 1991 in Binghamton, NY to Sandi Labour and Vaughn Roberts. He was adopted by Matthew Stoughton in 1996. David was raised by Matthew and Sandi, along with his two younger siblings, James and Katherine. David had a passion for nature. He was always outdoors seeking new adventures whenever he had the chance. David explored beyond the backyard. He loved creeks, waterfalls, sunsets and climbed Bell rock in Arizona. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile and his compassionate spirit. David would help anyone in need and lived his life to the fullest. He is survived by his mother Sandi; father Matthew; brother James; sister Katherine; his three children Hunter, Tucker, and Emmitt; his niece Kassaundra; and his nephews Spencer and Finley. Friends and family are invited to the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley, for a period of visitation on Monday, April 12th, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. In leui of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to Sandi Stoughton (142 Rejmer Rd Berkshire NY 13736) to be put into an account for Davids three children.
