David D. Ballard

David D. Ballard, 53, of Candor, died peacefully at his home on Dec. 4, 2013 following a long illness. David is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 27 years, Sibyl Tanner Ballard; their children: Scott (Janet) Augello, Christie Tanner and Edie Lupo; his mother: Patricia Ballard Birchall; brothers: John (Gina) Ballard, Paul (Denise) Ballard; grandsons: Daniel and Domonick Jackson and several nieces, nephews, cousins. He was predeceased by his father William D. Ballard and son William H. Ballard.Dave was a member of the McKendree United Methodist Church, Candor, an 18 year employee of Endicott Precision and a former Boy Scout leader.Services will be held at the convenience of the family at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley.
