Dana L. Hilliard

Dana L. Hilliard, 60, of Maine, NY, passed away on December 8, 2024. Born on April 1, 1964, a son of the late Arthur and Natalie (Sylvester) Hilliard, Dana's life was characterized by his infectious laughter, passion for sports, and the joy he brought to others.

Dana will be deeply missed by his longtime companion and best friend Tracy Wesser, his beloved children Aaron Hilliard and Tiffany Borka, step-children David Wesser, Christian Wesser, Courtney Wesser and Marissa Wesser, as well as his loving grandchildren Keilee, Dameon, Jaden, Nikoli, Tru, and great granddaughter Jerricka.

An avid sports enthusiast, Dana's love for the game was evident to all who knew him. He was a die-hard fan of the Philadelphia 76ers, Boston Red Sox, and Los Angeles Rams, rarely missing an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams.

Aside from sports, Dana enjoyed video games, Marvel comics, music, bike riding and dogs.

Above all, Dana was known as the life of the family. Even during his illness, he kept his family's spirits high, always ready with a joke to ease their worries. His ability to make his loved ones laugh and have fun was one of his most cherished qualities. Dana's presence was a source of light and joy, and his absence will be deeply felt by those who were fortunate enough to know him.
