Dallas Micha

May 20, 1990 — April 3, 2021

It is with great sadness the family of Dallas Micha announces his passing. Dallas, a life-long Speedsville resident, passed away unexpectedly on April 3, 2021 doing something that he loved. Dallas will be forever remembered by his parents, Jessica Micha and Paul Richard Micha; his siblings, Natalie (Timothy) Tuetken, Lori (Michael) Houston, Cindy Micha, and Richard T. Micha; his biggest supporter, David "Butch" Skellett; his loving girlfriend, Makenzie ORourke; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; and countless friends. Dallas was born on May 20, 1990. He spent his life loving the outdoors and making the most of every single day. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and shared his love of the race track with anyone that knew him. Dallas spent his life racing dirt bikes in the NYOA series, promoting races, and serving as a role model for those around him. Dallas loved the thrill of the ride and to support and cheer-on every other rider, something he did with his kind words and constant beaming smile. He loved hunting with his dog, Bailey, and fishing with his many friends. Some of his favorite days were spent helping his mom and sister on their farms, and he cherished evenings spent with his girls, Makenzie, Bailey, and Blue, watching sunsets, looking for deer and enjoying their time together. Dallas spent each day working harder than the last and making those around him feel loved. He was the life of the party with his karaoke and iconic "dance" moves. He will be deeply missed by his family, girlfriend, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know him. The family would like to thank the Tioga County emergency responders and the medical staff at UHS Wilson Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held on April 17, 2021 from 12-5 p.m. in the Speedsville Square. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in honor of Dallas to the NYOA Scholarship Fund. Checks may be mailed to Chip Mann at 38 Smullen Ave, Newark Valley, NY 13811 or brought to any NYOA race during the 2021 season. MacPherson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Memories and condolences may be written in Dallas's guestbook at macphersonfh.com. .
