Cloyd H. Stormer

Cloyd H. Stormer, 89, of Owego and formerly of Ohio and Wisconsin, passed away at his home on September 13, 2013 following a long illness. Cloyd is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Marilyn (Serfass) Stormer, his son, Mark Stormer and partner Tim Golding, Marilyns brother Robert and his wife Sherilyn Serfass.Also surviving are his nephews Brian Serfass (Kim Kenyon) and Duane (Jennifer) Serfass and his half-brother, John (Anne) Long. Cloyd was predeceased by his mother Alice and his half-sister Mary Griner. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving during World War II and a retired employee of Wadsworth, Ohio Electric Department. His hobbies included gardening, reading, camping, hiking and trout fishing but no activity came before his family whom loved above all.At his request, his family will celebrate his life privately.
