Clifford L. Zimmer

Clifford L. Zimmer, 83, passed away at his home on Dec.29, 2010. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Timothy Zimmer, Judie (Jeff) Bridges, Michael (Willa) Zimmer, Bradley Zimmer and Heidi Zimmer, his sister Pearl Gardner, 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and dear friends including Rich Settle, Clay Fetherbay, Jamie Rhodes and Eric Bridges.Born on June 3, 1927 in Newark Valley, he was a son of the late Leon and Teresa Zimmer. He was also preceded in death by his brothers and sister. He was an employee of the former Crown Industries and Acme Tech Smith. Cliff was an avid hunter and fisherman and will be remembered for his bounteous vegetable gardens. Respecting his wishes, services will be private at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley, NY.
