Ciara L. Brown

Goodbyes hurt the most when the story was not finished..... Ciara L. Brown, 30, of Cortland, passed away unexpectedly on July 9, 2021. She is survived by her loving wife Megen Brown; parents Glenn and Natalie Hollenbeck; father Tim Davey; siblings Miranda (Alex) Palmer, Collin Davey, Lillie Hollenbeck, and Hayden Hollenbeck; brothers-in-law Cody Brown and his daughter Olivia, and Chad (Kayla) Brown and their daughters Kinsley and Brooklyne; parents-in-law Daren Brown, Colleen Fahey, and Kristine Brown. Many aunts, uncles, and cousins, including her two special uncles, Kevin, Randy and aunt Jamie Loch, and special friends Garrett, Dar, Jerry, Leah, Michelle, Patrick, Jodi, and Tim. She will also be greatly missed by her fur babies Charlie and Laylah. Ciara was a people person, with a big heart and a bright smile that could light up any room. Laughing was always a part of spending time with Ciara. She was a jokester with a sarcastic sense of humor which she used to lift the spirits of those around her. Everyone who knew Ciara loved her happy demeanor and respected her for her excellent work ethic. In her free time, she enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. Above all else, Ciara cherished her family. She loved Megen more than anything. Ciara, your love will light our way, and your memory will forever be with us.
