Chris RosenbergerOf Newark ValleyChris Rosenberger, 37, passed away very suddenly on October 20, 2008. He passed while he was doing what he loved to do most working on the farm. Chris was born on April 4, 1971 in Endicott a son of the late John and Anna (Gosline) Rosenberger. He was also predeceased by his sister Jane Graham. He is survived by his sisters with whom he lived, Janet Hildebrant and Jada Rosenberger and his brothers and sisters, Judy (Bill) Corson, Joyce Butler, Jerald (Nancy) Rosenberger, John (Mary) Rosenberger, Jennifer (Frank) Jandecka, Jessica (Wayne) Andrews. Chris is also survived by several aunts and uncles, many nieces, nephews and cousins including his very special nephew Tony Rosenberger and niece, Michelle Hildebrant.Chris attended schools in Newark Valley and for the past 20 years has been assisting the Brink Family in the operation of their dairy farm. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an enthusiastic collector of International (toy) tractors. A funeral service and celebration of Chris life will be held at 2 pm on Friday at the MacPherson Funeral Home, (www.macphersonfuneralhome.com). Rev. Edward Lord, a close family friend will officiate. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home from 12 noon until the time of the service.
