Audrey Rose Darrow

Goodbyes are not forever; goodbyes are not the end they simply mean well miss you until we meet again Audrey Rose Darrow, 75, formerly of Newark Valley, passed away on December 12, 2020. Audrey was born on July 6, 1945, the daughter of the late Ira and Josephine (Edwards) Conklin. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Frederick Darrow, Sr.; sons: Stanley Champlin and Kevin Champlin; brothers Stanley and Paul Conklin; sisters Marilyn Bogart and Yolanda Short; granddaughters: Trisha Darrow and Brittany Champlin; grandson Danny Darrow, Jr.; and great grandson Sebastian Billings. She is survived by a brother Gallon (Mary) Truesdail; daughter Candy (Tony) Deweese; son Brian (Mary) Champlin; stepchildren Luann (David) ONeal, Frederick (Shannon) Darrow, Jr., Richard Darrow, Charles Darrow, Danny Darrow and Terry Darrow; 26 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren. Audrey enjoyed country music, and gambling, but mostly she loved her family, cherishing the moments and memories made with them. The family would like to express their gratitude for Audreys granddaughter Kaylee Champlin for being her caretaker for the last year. A graveside service will be held at 11 oclock on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Hope Cemetery in Newark Valley, New York. MacPherson Funeral Home is attending the family with arrangements.
