Anne Catherine Reade

Anne Catherine Reade, 69, of Endicott, NY, passed away at her home on Sunday, September 25, 2022 following an illness. She will be greatly missed by her family: Joyce Lawton, Lori Vogel, Michael and Rebecca O'Neil, their children: Claire, Vivienne, Evelyn and her very dear friend, Pam Kinsey. She was predeceased by her beloved John R. Lawton. For many years, Anne was a very dedicated nursing assistant at Ideal Senior Living Center. She is greatly missed by staff as well as those for whom she cared. She also devoted much of her time to the care of special need felines and enjoyed making various crafts. Friends are invited to a time of visitation at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St. Newark Valley on Sat. Oct. 1 from 12 noon until 1 pm at which time Rev. Brandilynne Craver will officiate at a Celebration of Anne's Life. Anne will be laid to rest with her Beloved John at Hope Cemetery in Newark Valley.
