Angela Lynn (Burnett) Johnson, beloved wife, mother, and daughter found peace on Friday, March 1, 2019. Angela is survived by her husband Matthew Johnson, her daughter Alicia and son Adam; her mother and step-father Kirsten and David Michaud; father and step-mother David and Suzanne Burnett; brothers Timothy Michaud, Eric Michaud, William Burnett; sisters Brandi Filer and Julie Michaud; and grandfather Frank Kunik Sr. Angela was born in Auburn, NY on January 8, 1983, the oldest child of Kirsten Michaud and David Burnett. While attending SUNY Oswego, she met her future husband Matthew, an Army Infantryman stationed at nearby Fort Drum, NY. Angela and Matthew married August 2, 2003. After leaving the Army, they moved to Mountain Home, Idaho. Angie had a zest for knowledge and received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Jefferson Community College in Watertown, NY, her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Utica College, and her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. She was employed by the VA in Mountain Home. A loving wife, mother, and daughter with a passion for photography and a love of elephants, Angie touched the lives of all those she met. Her kindness and love were evidenced by her compassion and service to the community and veterans she cared for. Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation and time of sharing memories on Saturday, March 16th from 10 to 11 am at the First Congregational Church of Berkshire. A memorial service will be held there at 11 o'clock, with Pastor Paul Kunik and Rev. Jim Willard co-officiating. Burial will take place following the service in Evergreen Cemetery, Berkshire. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Angies name to the 1st Congregational Church of Berkshire, Vera House Inc., Syracuse, or Elmore County Domestic Violence Council 540 N. 2nd E.
