Alvin 'Al' R. Stoughton

Alvin R. 'AL' Stoughton, 84, of Johnson City, passed away on Nov. 17, 2017. Al is survived by his devoted sister, Barbara Ann Jackson, his three children: Joanne, Kevin and Dawn; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Raymond and Marguerite Stoughton, he was predeceased by his sister and brothers-in-law, Evelyn and Robert Nelson and James Jackson. Al was a country music fan and a gifted musician. He played many instruments, guitar being his favorite, and he also composed. At his request, services will be private.
