Alice Fay Vangorden

Alice Fay VanGorden 58, of Newark Valley, passed away on April 6, 2008 following a brief illness.She is survived by her loving companion of 33 years, John Crawn, her children, Anthony VanGorden, Barbara, Thomas, Nicky and Ricky Crawn, several brothers and sisters, among them, Barbara Johnson, 18 step children, 97 grandchildren, 87 great grandchildren and 7 great, great grandchildren. Alice was a very loving, caring and devoted mother who will be greatly missed and always remembered. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St. Newark Valley from 10 -11 am. A funeral service will follow there at 11 am with Rev. James T. Willard officiating.
