Gail Doty Hart

Gail Evelyn Doty Hart, 74, of Allentown, PA, passed away on Aug 7, 2016.Gail is survived by her children: Valerie (David) Springfield, Jeffrey (Juliann) Hart and Christopher Hart; her grandchildren: Courtney Springfield, William (Kimberly Truit) Domitrovitsch, Kristie Hart, Brandee (Miquel Quinones) Hart; her great grandson Leon Quinones; her sister, Daryl Doty Holloway and sister in law, Dianne Doty. She was predeceased by her parents, Willis and Vera Doty, daughter Teresa Hart, and brother Neil Doty.Gail was a graduate of Union Endicott High School and enjoyed attending class reunions.Throughout her life she was employed in various positions including waitressing, bartending, as a highway flagger, a runner for the Globe and also for DHL Freight. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family and friends and her memberships with the Rittersville and Rosemont Fire Companies as well as the Roosevelt Democratic Assoc. She will be remembered as an expert seamstress who could work magic with a sewing machine. Her family will receive friends at the MacPherson Funeral Home, Newark Valley on Tuesday, Aug. 16 one hour prior to the Funeral Service at 12 noon.
